Standard Shipping โ USPS
We ship all standard orders via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. All shipments include tracking and are fully insured.

Shipping transit times begin after production is complete, not from the date of order placement. Please factor in production turnaround (typically 5โ10 business days) when planning your order timeline.
FedEx Shipping
FedEx shipping is available upon special request and may be subject to additional handling fees. If your project requires FedEx delivery โ for example, for time-sensitive freight or large-format shipments โ please contact us before placing your order so we can provide an accurate quote.

Production Turnaround
Standard production turnaround is 5โ10 business days after proof approval. Rush production is available โ contact us to discuss your deadline before placing your order so we can confirm feasibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on the USPS website.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a reprint or replacement at no charge to you.
